Ordering Process

1.Choose Spare Parts -> 2.Checkout -> 3.Login -> 4.Delivery Information -> 5.Payment Information

 -> 6.Checkout Confirmation -> 7.Finish


1. Choose Spare Parts

      You want to buy products directly: click on the "Add to Cart", you can directly checkout or continue browsing.

    
  

2. Checkout

      You can press the "Checkout" button to directly checkout. To change the quantity of purchase for one item, enter the

      number you wish to purchase  in the quantity field , then click "Update" button.

    

3. Login

     Press the "Checkout" button to start the checkout process, please login with your account and password in the QNAP

     Spare Parts  eshop. If you have forgotten your password,  please click  "Forgotten  Password?" If you are not yet a member,

     please click on the "Continue "button to Register.    

     

4. Delivery Information

     Please choose from your address book where you would like the items to be delivered to.

    

5. Payment Information

     Please choose from your address book where you would like the invoice sent.

    

6. Checkout Confirmation

     Please check the information to make sure it is correct.

    

7. Finish

     Completion of the transaction, the system will send a notification letter of transactions.
